PLEASURES FOR GOURMETS
Our restaurants
Terrace
Le Jardin des Arolles
Bistro
Le Carnotzet
In our local dialect, a carnotzet is a small furnished cellar where you can taste wine with friends.
Here, it is the perfect place for your end of the day at teatime or aperitif time. In a mountain setting and the crackling of the fire, come and share a glass of wine, a Valais plate, a fondue and other local products.
Dining Room
L’Honorine
Named after the founder of the Grand Hôtel & Kurhaus, Restaurant L’Honorine is a space for enjoying simple, seasonal dishes crafted from locally-sourced ingredients of the highest quality.
It’s a space for sampling local specialities, international staples and the finest wines. But mostly, it’s a space for enjoying good company and creating great memories.
